Adel Massoud, MD, FAAFP, Primary Care, offers a full range of family medicine services, including adult and pediatric medicine and women's health, and has a special interest in travel medicine. He is also an assistant clinical professor of family medicine at Texas A&M Health Science Center. Prior to moving to the Brazos Valley, he attended medical school at Cairo University's College of Medicine in Egypt, where he received a Master of Surgery degree with a specialty in general surgery. Later, he completed the Hospital Management Program at UCLA School of Public Health. He completed a residency in family medicine at the Family Practice Residency of the Brazos Valley, where he served as chief resident in 2001. While there, he received several honors for academic achievement and exceptional performance. Dr. Massoud is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
