My Professional Qualifications: I started representing clients in Social Security Disability appeals in 1985, and worked for 11 ½ years at the Disabilities Rights Center in Concord, NH, where I represented clients in discrimination cases, class actions to increase funding for Medicaid, special education, and every area of disability law. In 2003, I expanded my practice to include elder law, estate planning and special needs trust, and opened my own office in 2005.
My Personal Qualifications: I parent a developmentally disabled son, now 23 and living on his own, and took care of my mother, who lived with me between the ages of 86 and 90 years of age, who had significant physical and mental disabilities due to Lewy body dementia.
