In 1996 I started out with simple designs and lots of seed beads. It wasn't very long before I had the desire to start wire wrapping. I didn't start out with copper, brass or cheap metal like i was supposed to. NO, No, No I started off with lots of Sterling Silver wire. I was so determined to excel that expense of the wire didn't scare me. 2012 I taught myself to solder silver. Shortly thereafter I soldered 14k gold for the 1st time and I fell in love. Currently I work with a wide variety of metals to create my jewelry: Argentium Silver, Sterling Silver, 14K Solid Gold, Gold-Filled, Copper and Brass. My beaded jewelry is strung on a very heavy duty yet flexable and kink resistant 49-strand stainless steel cable. All of my pre-made clasps are sterling silver. I never use plated metal clasps or base metal components.
