Great customer service! Just bought my house, had a propane smell coming from furnace, Whatley came right away. Furnace was 22 yrs old, I needed a new furnace. They ordered it and installed it the next week. Installation team were very efficient and had it installed in no time. There was an issue with the new furnace, I called Whitely and he came out same day to check it. He had to come back a second time but these issues were with the furnace, not with their install. Despite being very busy, they have responded and came out every time I have called which is very rare in todays crazy world! I highly recommend them! Whatley Heating and Cooling Construction
