When I graduated High School I joined the military to become a combat engineer with the 82nd Airborne Div. (Yes I did jump out of perfectly good airplanes) After the military I had a fascination with building new homes and remodeling old homes, it seem like art to me. I learned many skills starting out as a carpenters helper and moving up to a carpenter then starting my own remodeling and new home building business. I then became a construction manager with a larger firm. After 30 years working and managing the trades I decided I had enough knowledge to become a home inspector. Basements And Above Home inspections, LLC was born in 2011.
