Our staff is dedicated to providing excellent service to our patients. We take pride in going the extra mile for patient care. The moment you call for an appointment or walk in the door, you will be greeted warmly by the front desk staff. They will assist you in scheduling appointments, verifying and filing your dental insurance (if you have insurance) and explaining fees and payment options to you.
Our front desk staff is very thorough and will do everything they can to help you. They focus on personal patient attention. They have vast experience with insurance plans and will be able to assist you in understanding and utilizing your insurance benefits. They regularly attend continuing education courses to expand their knowledge.
Our dental assistants are specially trained in all aspects of general dentistry. They are certified in radiology, CPR, nitrous oxide monitoring and sterilization techniques. They also take several hours of continuing education each year to enhance their skills.
