Leon and Charlotte Bradley are the incorporators of Kidz, Tweenz, & Teenz Inc. Their goal is to continue the legacy of, and provide for the sustained operation of the community service ministry formerly known as St. Paul’s Boys and Girls Club. We will provide after school care and enrichment for children ages 5-13.
Charlotte Bradley, board member, serves as the director, as she has done for the last thirteen (13) years. She first became affiliated with the club by enrolling her daughter Christen, who attended until aging out. This resulted in Charlotte volunteering at the club, before eventually being hired on staff. Because of her life long experience & giftedness in child care, she was asked to accept the director position. Charlotte has a formal work history that includes working with infants through teenagers. She started as a teenager herself with babysitting; she has worked for several church nurseries, church pre-schools, commercial day-care centers, vacation bible schools (VBS), as well as a private nanny- caring for all siblings from birth to teenage years.
Leon Bradley, Charlotte’s husband, (a retiree) serves as chairman of the board of directors for Kidz, Tweenz, & Teenz Inc. , also known as KTT. He desires to be of service in the community while supporting Charlotte. He will provide administrative guidance & assistance for the center. His background include having served as an educator (in the classroom and administratively), university residence hall director, apartment complex manager, detention officer, detention officer supervisor, and over a decade as Warden of the Morgan County Jail. Additionally, Leon has been a licensed/ certified referee with the Alabama High School Athletic Association (AHSAA) for over forty (40) years, officiating recreational leagues, middle school, high school, college, and post college adult leagues. He has been a registered/ sanctioned softball umpire for nearly the same length of time having experience working Dixie Youth to adult level softball.
The Board of Directors is a highly accomplished and distinguished group. Each of them have committed to making this non-profit community organization a blessing and a success. The value they individually and collectively will be providing is P-R-I-C-E-L-E-S-S. Each of them is an experienced professional having retired from careers. The remaining board members are:
