Bertha Isabel Bogdan, DNP, WHNP-BC, is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and clinician at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Women’s Health from Columbia University after completing her master’s degree and specialty training as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner at the University of Texas at El Paso.
Isabel Bogdan is an active member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the North American Menopause Society, the Institute of Functional Medicine, Member of Empire Medical Aesthetics Training, Sigma Theta Tau, and the Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health Association.
Her professional interests focus on caring for women throughout every stage of life, including routine gynecologic care, PCOS, menopause, hormonal wellness, weight management, and medical aesthetics and skincare. She has a special interest in providing compassionate, comprehensive care, as well as helping women navigate perimenopause and menopause with confidence.
She is board-certified in Women’s Health through the National Certification Corporation and also holds certifications in functional medicine, clinical aesthetics, menopause management and colposcopy. At Columbia University, she also serves as a clinical instructor, helping train future nurse practitioners in women’s health. She was honored with membership in Sigma Theta Tau for her commitment to excellence in nursing and patient care.
