I appreciated the service technician so much because he's prompt, knowledgeable, and was efficient to perform a job. The problem with my refrigerator ice maker was fixed excellently. He was able to complete the repair the same day, and I was really amazed by the quality of his performance! I am overwhelmed with the outstanding service they continue to provide me. I highly recommend the excellent service!

The process of my request was fast for I was given a schedule right away. I was just expecting that it would be on the next day. The technician was early and had all the tools needed. He's professional if fixing up my refrigerator hinge problem. The quality of the repair was so satisfying. It was all fixed excellently and was working back to normal.
