Jimmy Joe's Chicken BBQ is a mobile charcoal BBQ caterer serving Endicott and the Southern Tier since 2020. We bring the trailer, the covered charcoal grills, and a fire built where you are — cooking on-site in any weather, from backyard parties to weddings, fundraisers, and corporate or community events of 50 to 1,500 plates. Our menu runs from charcoal chicken, pork ribs, and pulled pork to whole hog roasts and brisket cooked over charcoal and hardwood. For concessions and sporting events, we serve hot dogs, burgers, Italian sausage, Philly cheesesteaks, and walking tacos.
