Web or message center chart services orders for charts, calculations and interpreted reports are handled first thing in the morning Monday through Friday. Include a phone number when placing your order, and if we have any question we need to clarify before processing your order, we will call you.
If your request is for delivery by email, you can expect to receive your order on the same day we receive it, or if late in the day, first thing the next business morning. If you've asked for delivery by mail, be assured you order will be prepared and mailed with the same promptness, and from there it's up to the postal service.
