About
Michael Poulson began brewing beer in 1994, in his kitchen with the support of Caroline, his wife of 23 years. Between 2012 and 2015 they entered brewing competitions, consistently taking home 3rd, then 2nd, then 1st, until we were winning best of show. Once they won 1st place three times, they stopped changing their recipes. Then Michael and Caroline decided that they wanted to open a brewery together.
As we continue to grow, great things are in store. Come on in to Jacked Up and pull up a seat. Spend some time with us, taste our beer, meet a friend, bring your dog and kids, but most importantly of all, say hi and enjoy some great brews. We’re excited to meet you!
