Still being produced “By The Batch”. Has made a huge difference in todays mass production market, batch production has made huge difference in Quality and Taste. Richie Sr. had one machine and was able to produce enough for his local following. Today, with Richie Jr. using 18 Batch Freezers in a state of the art production facility, Richie’s now produces over 40,000 10oz. And 4oz. Cups a day all while producing Bulk Product in 2.5 Gallon, Gallon, and Half Gallons.
