Fitness and Rehabilitation, Inc, provides physical therapy care in an one-on-one setting with an integrated physical, functional and cognitive-behavioral approach. You will be cared for by a doctor of physical therapy practitioner for the whole medical hour. We use combined interventions to address the functions (physical, functional, and/or emotional) that are affected by your condition. We strive to provide compassionate care for the body and mind of each individual in order to facilitate quick and maximal physical and functional recovery with a positive emotional experience.
