After the Screening Phase, you will be seen by a diet coach weekly up to 10 lbs of your ideal weight. Once you have reached that point, you will begin the Adapting Phase where we will introduce you to our Food Exchange Program, teaching you how to make healthy food choices. Our Food Exchange Program teaches you how to implement lifestyle changes as you continue losing. Once you have reached your goal you will then move into our Maintenance Phase where you will be seen once a month, then eventually annually.
