We are Raydient Inc., a real estate services company that advises the taxable REIT Subsidiaries (TRS) of Rayonier Inc., including TerraPointe LLC. Raydient Inc. assists the various TRS entities with formulating and executing strategies for those entities to offer properties for sale.
Both Raydient Inc. and TerraPointe LLC are subsidiaries of Rayonier.
