Nidhi Kumar, MSN, FNP-BC and FNP-C is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She completed her Bachelors and Master’s in nursing education with honors in India. She pursued her Post Masters Family Nurse Practitioner degree from University of South Carolina (USC), Columbia with the honor of Summa Cum Laude. She is board certified with American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
She has a strong 18 years of nursing experience working in various roles as a critical care nurse, Clinical nurse educator and Assistant Professor Nursing. Her clinical nursing experience in step down ICU honed her expertise in critical care, leadership along with precepting nurses and students. Following her passion in education, Nidhi has served Francis Marion University and Central Carolina technical college of nursing as a clinical instructor Nursing.
Nidhi was honored with prestigious “Daisy Award” for extraordinary nurses voted by her patients. Also, she is proficient in various languages including English, Hindi and Punjabi. A native of Florence, SC, Nidhi is excited and proud to join the team of Pulmonology to make positive impact on her patient’s life and serve the community.
