Back then, we were known as El Diablo, and our mission was simple: to serve the best, most flavorful Mexican tacos to our community. Word quickly spread about our delicious tacos, made with fresh ingredients and time-honored recipes, earning us a reputation as the go-to spot for Mexican street food.
In response to overwhelming support from our customers, we took the next step in our journey by opening our very first restaurant in Fort Collins. With a passion for delivering an authentic dining experience, our restaurant became a local favorite, offering what many consider the best tacos in town.
Fast forward to 2024, and our story continues to grow. We're proud to open our new location in Loveland, Colorado: El Diablo Taco Bar. While we continue to stay true to our roots, bringing authentic Mexican flavors and warm hospitality to each guest, our new taco bar offers an expanded menu and a vibrant dining atmosphere.
