The Home Inspection Pro is Trenton Thomas. He is a licensed Home Inspector in KY (LIC# HI- 4010), Ohio currently does not have Licensing requirements, but has passed the National Home Inspector Certification Exam. He joined the Northern Kentucky Association of Realtors as an Affiliate Member, and is an Associate Member with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). He is working on becoming a member of the National Radon Safety Board (NRSB) and becoming a licensed Radon Testing Specialist in Ohio (there is not a licensing in KY currently).
