I come to your home at your desired time with all of the necessary equipment for a personalized, functional and efficient workout. Whether you are into golf fitness, training for a marathon, recovering from a surgery, dropping the baby weight, toning up for your wedding, (I can go on and on), I will get you the results, hold you accountable and TEACH you the why and how behind every exercise in the comfort of your own home.
Meet Our Trainer:
I have always been interested in fitness but became seriously involved in fitness several years ago. My interest in personal training stepped up after I survived a heart attack. Through proper diet and working out with a personal trainer, I lost 25 lbs and 5 inches from my waist. I enjoyed working out and learning about fitness so much that I took my enthusiasm to the next level and became an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer. I also hold two specialty certifications through ACE: one in Sports Conditioning and the other in Orthopedic Exercise.
Additionally, I am certified through Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Golf Fitness. In addition to the fitness gained at the gym, I am also an avid golfer!
