"iLoveKickboxing changed my life. The staff are so awesome and motivating and the workout has made me lose 10 pounds already. It's honestly the highlight of my day. Can't recommend it enough!!!

I have always wanted to do kickboxing for years but just never took the time out to try it. Well, I am hooked. I work out 4 or 5 days a week but this literally kicked my butt. I know this is going to help work on my upper body strength while building my endurance level. I can actually see myself teaching this in the future. A great studio to join. The instructors are awesome and very in love with what they do. Every since the day I joined I've been excited about the classes. everyday is different so its not repetitive at all.
