Dr. Parker is a clinical optometrist whose experience and expertise include extensive medical mission work in such far-reaching areas as Kenya, Haiti, and Nigeria. Dr. Parker graduated from Austin College where he played Varsity football and earned Academic All-Conference honors in the American Southwest Conference.
