The last couple years I have been unmotivated to work out and feeling bad about myself, but the ILKB staff gave me the inspiration I needed! They are upbeat, encouraging, supportive, and most importantly - keep me accountable!! I am so happy I signed up and went to that first class. I can’t wait to continue this fitness journey with this new family.
