After trying out a class at ILKB Glen Cove with a Groupon, I quickly became a member on the first day. Since becoming a member, I actually look forward to working out everyday. The instructors are amazing and always motivate you to push through each work out. Not only do the workouts vary and continue to challenge you, but this is the BEST form of stress relief after a work day! There are members at all different levels, and the instructors are always helping you to get better form. The facility is clean and conveniently located in Glen Cove. This class has given me more energy than any other physical activity. I started to see results right away and enjoy seeing that hard work truly does pay off! I highly recommend ILKB Glen Cove to anyone looking for a fun, challenging and rewarding work out routine!
