Owner Frank Crittenden first opened Chimney Corner Lawnmower, in his garage, on April 1, 1961. Frank taught at the local high school and ran the business after school and weekends. In 1976, Bobby Diggs joined Frank as a partner, and they opened the first store in Mathews County, Va.Chimney Corner has been in business for over 60 years and in that time our dealership has a earned a rock solid reputation of providing excellent service, support and satisfaction.
