We share exactly how we calculated each cost and share the true number with our clients. This allows the client to make choices and decisions based on the real cost and not a padded number. We charge a flat fee that is reasonable and fair and does not fluctuate. The homeowners can rest assured that they will not be penalized for change orders with compounded costs every time they make an adjustment during the construction of their home.
