About

Martha Wegner, OTD, OTR/L, brings an integrative, whole-person perspective to outpatient rehabilitation. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a focus in sociology and spent over a decade working in wilderness therapy and adaptive recreation before becoming an occupational therapist. This background continues to inform her practice, shaping how she considers environment, movement, and nervous system responses. Martha earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Pacific University in 2015 and has worked primarily in outpatient rehabilitation. She treats orthopedic and neurological upper extremity and hand injuries, concussions, chronic headaches, vision dysfunction, and sensory processing challenges, particularly when these impact daily participation, regulation, and performance. Her approach integrates precise manual therapy, guided exercise, and education to support motor relearning, autonomic regulation, and functional participation. She provides individualized, trauma-sensitive care aligned with each person’s goals, capacity, and daily life demands. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest, spending time with family and friends, and cultivating her land.
