Private yoga consultation. I offer personalized class work that is tailored to your body, your lifestyle, your intentions and your goals. Even the music and essential oils are unique to your class, which is completely unique to YOU. I will travel to venues and outdoor locations. Corporate work also available. Classes for Timber Lakes residents can be taken in studio or in the privacy of your own home. Classes for all others are conducted via live stream or recorded video over Wi-Fi.
