Broker, and manager of Brubaker-Culton Real Estate and Development the largest locally owned and operated firm in the area. I grew up in the construction business and then spent five years with Skyline Corp. building and selling Mobile Homes.
I started with Brubaker and Culton Real Estate in 1976 and have been here ever since. I started out knocking on doors and was awarded one of the top 10 plaques in my first year in the business. As time went on I learned more about selling lots, and mobiles then apartments. In 1998 I began specializing in Commercial and Sub Division Land. In the last thirty-seven years, my lowest-priced property sold was a 10-acre parcel for $3,000.00 and my largest was a $4,000,000.00 car dealership property.
Today, I sell homes and am happy I could move back into home sales from commercial sales rather than just quit as most commercial brokers did in the downswing.
