Zach came in and recommended that we get their advance stain remover due to how long the stains were there and how many. Although it was not cheap it was the absolute best cleaning any of my carpets have ever had. By the time he was done there were no remnants left of the stains. Normally there is still signs when you shine the UV light on it but not this time. Plus no masking scents trying to hide a shoddy job. Zach was awesome as well. He did not pressure us into the stain remover but explained in detail how it will work and why it works so well. He also had me come down during the process to show the progress and how the previous service that came in 2 months ago left a lot of soap in the carpet. Definitely will recommend them to others.
