The shared units are rented Youth Hostel style, so be prepared to be both sociable and considerate of your housemates. We host a Saturday evening barbecue for guests (weather permitting) to introduce guests to each other and to some of our longer-term residents. An older property (gated community) with mature landscaping, outdoor seating, and barbecue area, a small oasis in the "big city". About a mile and a half from Waikiki, close to Walmart and the Ala Moana Shopping Center and Beach Park.
