Bill Hughes has been a successful contractor with over 25 years experience in the building trade and is a past member of the Hudson Valley Builders Association. As former partner of a construction company, Bill has a wealth of knowledge of both residential and commercial construction. As Chief Inspector, Bill personally performs inspections as well as supervises the inspectors and office staff. Bill assures that all inspections are conducted according to rigorous ASHI standards.
