I help with anxiety, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, depression, coping skills, relationship issues, self-esteem, and stress management. My approach to therapy is present-focused and goal-oriented, using cognitive behavioral therapy. I create a safe space for my patients, helping them understand their symptoms and developing emotional insight and awareness to learn the tools necessary to improve overall well-being. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, taking my dog to the park, attending concerts, practicing yoga, and hiking in nature. I am also fluent in Sinhalese.
