ustin has been active in real estate since 2007 and has experience with a wide variety of property types including commercial, industrial, farms, recreational and single-family residences. He holds a Certified General Appraiser license in Missouri and Illinois, and a Missouri Real Estate Salesperson license.
Justin received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Southeast Missouri State University and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from William Wood University in Fulton, MO. He has completed numerous advanced appraisal and real estate courses and seminars.
He is a Candidate for Designation with the Appraisal Institute and is expected to achieve his MAI designation in 2017. Appraisers that hold the MAI designation have met rigorous requirements relating to advanced appraisal education and experience.
Justin has 10+ years experience in the acquisition, liquation, marketing and management of residential and commercial real estate. He understands how important strong communications, firm negotiations and uncompromised integrity is for clients. His banking experience provides a unique perspective as to the expectations of lenders, investors, buyers, sellers and others seeking real estate services.
