Dr. Burka earned his PhD in Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology in Berkeley. He is a clinical psychologist and a member of the American Psychological Association, Louisiana Psychological Association, and the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology . Dr. Burka has been on staff at Ochsner since 1991.
