Founded in 2016, #BestHour Kickboxing is an award-winning "Fitness" studio that incorporates real kickboxing techniques in our group fitness classes offered about 8 times per day. Our classes are scientifically designed to burn body fat and reduce stress using 10 rounds of kickboxing based on High-Intensity-Interval-Training (HIIT). Personal trainers work with clients in each and every class and is included in the price of our memberships.
