Elemental Therapeutics is a holistic wellness company that provides massages, yoga, health and wellness coaching services, and pain management services to create a unique healing journey for each specific client we have. Owners Zoe Monet and Michael Aponte have decades of experience in both wellness services as well as the medical field. Michael has been a licensed massage therapist for over 30 years and also works as a personal trainer, with a specialty in pain management. Zoe is a registered nurse (RN) and a certified yoga teacher. She has also been practicing wellness and functional nutrition and doing health and wellness coaching for over 20 years.
Based in Rhinebeck, NY, we are proud to service the larger city of Kingston, NY, and other surrounding cities, such as Hyde Park, Poughkeepsie, Woodstock, and Red Hook.
