As a Certified Passive House Consultant, I have the training, knowledge and commitment to design, energy model and direct quality criteria for the most rigourous, lowest energy demand voluntary building energy standard on Earth.
As an International Code Council (ICC) Certified Building Official, I have the experience and knowledge to assist building owners and fellow design professional efficiently and effectively design buildings in compliance with adopted ICC model or State of Wisconsin and Illinois written codes.
Whether building design, Passive House consulting, commerical building code consultation, furniture design or architectural sketches, I am commited to high quality work and results through patience and dilligence. I simultaneously consider many things (inspiration, uniqueness, comfort, efficiency, function, beauty, durability, regulation compliance, craftsmanship, ecology, healthiness and illumination to name just a few), because I believe they ALL matter.
