Smart Space Self Storage

Do not rent from here!!!! The woman that works in the office is nice until after you rent a space. She is very rude, disrespectful and very power hungry. I've seen in the past how she talks and treats people. The office is always closed during business hours and she only lets people that she choose to use the carts after closing but not all renters. Always see homeless people going in and out and I guess people have caught them climbing over the tops and breaking in to people's storage spaces. We just had our space broken into and this front desk lady, the large one, is calling us liars saying we didn't have a lock on the unit, yes we did!!! We were there over a week ago and I always double check the lock to make sure its locked. She keeps implying that we didn't have a lock on it and she doesn't know if anything was taken. Really!!! Some very expensive and un-replaceable things were stolen. But she doesn't care. I guess they have been having this problem for awhile and why are homeles
