I am impressed with the quality of service you afforded us I commend your staff and crew for providing excellent service.

The AC unit went out. I called Sublime Air and Miguel called me back in less than 30 minutes. I explained the problem and he was out in less than an hour. Miguel diagnosed a problem with the starter and he had one in his truck, so he replaced it and checked the unit for other potential problems. On a day that is supposed to reach 111* We can't thank Miguel enough for the outstanding service.

Our AC went out on a Tuesday evening in the middle of a heat wave. They had a technician out to us by noon on Wednesday, found two capacitors not working, repaired on the spot and tuned up free of charge. AC is now working better then ever! Always responds promptly to customer needs. They do my semi-annual HVAC checks and any needed repairs. They always show and explain to you what repairs are needed if that happens to be the case.
