The team at Stayton Family Practice is excited to begin gradually making care services available to walk-in patients at our Lebanon location, Existing, new, and visiting patients will be able to make an appointment ahead of time over the phone or through our website for an in-person or virtual visit up to 30 minutes prior to their appointment time. While advanced notice is preferred, is it not required. We will do everything possible to make sure you're seen in a timely fashion.
