Dr. Dabbs received his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine. He went on to complete an internship in internal medicine at Charity Hospital and a residency as an ophthalmologist at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, University of Miami. Dr. Dabbs completed his retina fellowship at Emory University. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
