Welcome To Citizen Vine! Citizen Vine is veteran owned and was designed to be a different type of restaurant. After seeing so many wine bar concepts that were expensive and pretentious, we decided to create something different. A super casual wine bar, tapas restaurant where everyone felt welcome as if they stepped into someone’s home. We provide a casual, intimate, and relaxed environment where our guests can sip on some great wine, or beer, and enjoy a delicious variety of small plate offerings. For us, “Pouring for the People” is more than a tag line, it is a way of life. We created Citizen Vine for you!
