If there was ever a trainer who makes sure her clients perform each exercise and plan correctly, so as not to sustain an injury, it's my gym instructor. Her xperience is extensive, but what she brings to her work beyond expertise is a real ability to listen to the needs of a client to help that person safely reach her goals. Thanks!

This gym is amazing. The facilities are great, top equipment and the environment is good. Exceptional service with friendly staff, super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes. If I would rate it, it would be a five-star.
