Our purpose is to ensure that you have as much information as possible, to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase, sale or construction. All inspections meet or exceed the ASHI Standards of Practice. A full narrative and written reports are rendered on all inspections. We will not use checklists. Our inspectors include engineers, builders, and industrial technologists, all dedicated to their local communities. Although our inspectors are local in nature, they receive technical support and update from the company as well as from the American Society of Home Inspectors, to which all of our inspectors belong. As ASHI inspectors, they are required to take 20 hours of continuing education each year. As a result of the education and experience of our inspectors, Centurion is well known in the field, for protecting the consumer. Those inspectors performing services in Connecticut are licensed by the State of Connecticut, Department of Consumer Protection.
