Dr. Havener always had an interest in women's health and decided on OB/GYN because it allowed her to combine medicine and surgery. Before joining USMD in 2013, she served in the US Navy Medical Corps as a Naval Medical Officer and OB/GYN. She and her husband have a daughter and a son. In her free time, Dr. Havener enjoys time with family and friends and watching football with her husband - geaux LSU Tigers.
