The pipe is attached to the sump pump pit then 6a washed stone is installed over the pipe.
Cove plate is installed.
Cement is replaced.
Fiberglass insulation is removed from floor joists.
Garbage is removed.
4" perforated, PVC pipe is installed next to footing.
6a washed aggregate stone is installed over pipe.
Sump pump installed and pipe is attached to the sump pump pit.
6 mil plastic sheeting is installed.
Sump pump discharge and gutters are attached to a pop-up away from the house.
