Powell Custom Homes began in 1976 as a small remodeling company. We have since grown to a full custom home building company complete with a 1200 square foot in-house design showroom. We are there through every step of the home building process, from breaking ground to finishing touches, to help turn your dream home into a reality.
At Powell, we understand that your luxury custom home is so much more than a house; it is the culmination of years of hard work. It's where quality moments will be shared with family and friends. From lot analysis, to design, through selections, and on to construction and closing, we have been so fortunate to have been chosen over and over again for our customers’ home building needs.
In addition to custom homes, Powell Custom Homes has worked on many projects such as condominiums, commercial strip centers, and restaurants. Our most recent venture is to bring a new city center to Mattawan. This city center, known as McGillen's Crossing, is home to new restaurants, stores, schools, and businesses. Within the 50 acre development is a park, completed by a decorative pond with fountains, a bridge, and sidewalks to all storefronts. This thriving development is currently leasing commercial space and we are expecting to complete its final phase in Fall of 2022.
