Founded in 2015, Integrity Physical Therapy and Wellness is a private practice offering outpatient Physical Therapy services.
We have four convenient locations located in Northfield, Ocean City, Cape May Court House, and Medford, New Jersey.
We utilize an evidence-based model of practice. Our clinicians proactively address disabilities and functional limitations occurring as a result of acute or chronic orthopedic, neurologic, oncologic or vestibular-related medical conditions.
Integrity collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide education and targeted interventions.
Our specialty certified clinicians monitor and modify individualized treatment plans to keep patients at their most optimal level of function.
