Gibson & Perkins, PC is proud to welcome Walter J. Timby, III to our experienced lineup of attorneys. He brings with him a wealth of experience: after receiving his Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University in 1973 and his Juris Doctorate from the Villanova University School of Law in 1976, Mr. Timby became a member of the Pennsylvania Bar. In 1989, he also became a member of the New Jersey Bar. He is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, the Pennsylvania Defense Institute and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Timby is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Well-versed in all aspects of law, he is especially knowledgeable in the realms of litigation and taxation.

Stephen Loester obtained a Juris Doctorate and an LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law. While at Villanova, Stephen served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Elizabeth T. Hey, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He also represented clients in the Villanova Law Federal Tax Clinic, where he represented low-income taxpayers in controversies with the IRS, both before the IRS and in federal court. Stephen graduated from Fairfield University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Stephen is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.

Paul is an associate in Gibson & Perkins’ Litigation Department where he represents clients in personal injury, legal malpractice, and general liability matters. The pride he takes in his work is reflected in the results he achieves for his clients. In addition to his trial practice, Paul also works in the area of appellate practice. Paul has argued cases before Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court and Superior Court. While attending law school, Paul served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Henry duPont Ridgely of the Delaware Supreme Court. Paul brings this experience to Gibson & Perkins where has has taken the lead in managing and conducting the firm’s appellate practice. Paul is an active student of history and an advocate for historic preservation. Paul also volunteers as a Board Member for the Delaware County 4-H.

Gibson & Perkins, PC is proud to welcome Martin J Pezzner to our experienced lineup of attorneys. He brings with him a wealth of experience as a practicing attorney for over twenty-nine years. After graduating Wilkes College with a Bachelor of Science in accounting, he was employed by the Internal Revenue Service in Philadelphia, PA as a Tax Revenue Agent (Field Agent) for five years. He also worked for one year in the Philadelphia IRS Appeals Office. While employed by the IRS, he became a CPA (1985) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Pezzner received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1989. Mr. Pezzner is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Well-versed in all aspects of law, he is especially knowledgeable in the realms of Estate Administration, Estate Planning, Business Matters, and Tax Controversies. He is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Probate and Trust Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar. He also maintains his CPA license.

Frank W. Daly has been practicing law for over 35 years. He brings a wide background of experience to the practice of law. As a result, his practice is diverse. His undergraduate degree from Villanova University is in Accounting. He worked his way through college and law school by being employed by a local CPA firm. He taught Accounting Courses at Dickinson College while completing his Juris Doctor Degree from the Dickinson School of Law. After obtaining his law degree, he obtained a graduate law school degree in taxation from Temple Law School. While being a full time lawyer in general practice he served 10 years as Mayor of Media. In fact, it was Mayor Daly who originated the town’s slogan of Everybody’s Hometown. Mr. Daly has been practicing law in Media for over 35 years handling a broad range of clients’ legal issues. He has also served as municipal solicitor of Media Borough and Nether Providence Township. Frank is an accomplished trial attorney. He obtained certification as a Fellow of the Academy of Temple University. He is also a member of the American Inns of Court. Frank has successfully handled cases in Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court and Superior Court. On the Federal level Frank has successfully handled may Appellate cases including the Federal Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States
